Hi! I'm Bonny, a UX designer with a data-mindset.
I help e-commerce shops, organisations and start-ups / scale-ups to optimize their websites and improve the online experience for their customers. I love analyzing the behavior of users to discover new insights & opportunities. I’m driven to base my recommendations and design decisions on real user data or feedback.
I'm specialized in:

- Researching user behavior and gaining insights through screen (user) recordings and Analytics.
